Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages Moreland Beauty Oil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage.
