Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
